Wiring Techniques for electrical ready boards

The wiring technique of the electrical ready board is the key to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the circuit. Here are some important wiring techniques:

Reasonable planning: Based on the size of the electricity load, plan the circuit layout in the electrical ready board reasonably to ensure that each circuit can meet the electricity demand without overloading.

Color differentiation: Strictly follow the specifications to use wires of different colors to represent different phases and purposes, such as yellow for A-phase wire, green for B-phase wire, red for C-phase wire, blue for neutral wire, and yellow green for grounding wire, in order to improve recognition and safety.

Wire selection: Choose the appropriate wire cross-sectional area based on the circuit load. For example, lighting and socket circuits generally use 2.5mm ² wires, while air conditioning circuits may use 4mm ² wires to ensure that the wire carrying capacity matches the load.

Neat wiring: The wiring inside the electrical ready board should be neat and straight, avoiding crossing and creasing. The wires should be tied with plastic ties of appropriate size and evenly spaced, generally 100mm, to ensure aesthetics and safety.

Secure connection: The connection between the wire and the terminal block or electrical component should be firm and reliable, without damaging the core or breaking the wire. Anti loosening gaskets and other components should be complete to ensure the stability and safety of the connection.

Clear identification: Clearly label each circuit and wire, including circuit number, purpose, etc., for ease of maintenance and inspection.

Reserved margin: There should be a certain margin for the outgoing and incoming lines in the electrical ready board, usually half of the circumference of the box, for possible expansion and maintenance in the future.

Safe grounding: Ensure that the grounding of the electrical ready board and electrical components inside the box is firm and reliable. The cross-section of the grounding wire should meet the requirements and be effectively connected to the main grounding terminal of the equipment.

By applying the above wiring techniques, the safety and reliability of the electrical ready board can be greatly improved, ensuring stable and efficient power supply.
