Specific design requirements for distribution box.

The various indexes of the boards of distribution boxes or distribution cabinets must meet the relevant requirements of the state. All distribution boxes or distribution cabinets shall be made of cold-rolled steel plates complying with national standards. The floor cabinet is made of 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, and the lighting distribution box and control box that are greater than or equal to 600mm are made of 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, and those that are less than 600mm are made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate. 2 mm thick cold-rolled plate is required for the second floor.

The floor cabinet shall be equipped with a movable top cover, and the distribution box shall not be knocked down.

The lighting box shall be equipped with a two-layer door. The mounting bolts between the two-layer bottom plate and the box and cabinet body shall not be less than M5, and the back edge of the two-layer bottom plate and the box bottom shall not be less than 30mm. (to be filled in) the distribution box shall be lockable, (to be filled in) the box and cabinet shall be general-purpose locks, each lock shall be equipped with two keys.

Metal part of distribution box and cabinet: including the installation board, bracket and metal shell of electrical appliances, which are all well grounded. Electrical appliances are installed at the door and laying board of distribution box and cabinet, and can be reliably connected with the grounding metal frame through transparent plastic pipe with bare copper flexible wire when opening.

One piece of 3mm galvanized flat steel shall be welded at the upper and lower ends of the left back of the box (the welding length of galvanized flat steel and the box shall meet the specification requirements) 15 cm beyond the box. One L40 × 4 × 50 angle steel is laid at 10cm above and below the middle of the left and right sides of the concealed box (used to fix the box when it is ready for installation)
