Product application of terminal block in AC contactor

Many terminal blocks of AC contactor and other electrical equipment use arch gasket. This wiring method is a small problem for a terminal to connect a wire end, but when a wire end or a wire head of different thickness is connected at the same time, the phenomenon of loose contact and easy loosening of screws will occur. Especially when the contactor is used for frequent suction and release, the screw on the terminal is easier to loosen. In this way, the contact resistance between the arch gasket and the wire head increases or even breaks away, resulting in electrical equipment not acting or single-phase operation and other faults. In view of the above situation, when the AC contactor terminal is arched gasket,

the correct wiring method should be as follows:
First, add two flat washers under the arch gasket. When wiring, first bend the thin wire or flexible wire into a large half circle and put it between the two flat washers. Then press the thick wire under the arch gasket and tighten the screw. In this way, no matter how the vibration is, it will be as firm and safe as connecting only one wire end to the terminal.

AC contactor is widely used as a power breaking and control circuit. It uses the main contact to open and close the circuit, and uses the auxiliary contact to execute the control instruction. Generally, the main contact only has normally open contact, while the auxiliary contact often has two pairs of normally open and normally closed contacts. Small contactors are often used as intermediate relays to cooperate with the main circuit. The contact of AC contactor is made of silver tungsten alloy, which has good conductivity and high temperature ablation resistance.
