Processing requirements before installation of lighting Pole Top Box
Lighting Pole Top Box is the equipment responsible for the control, protection, conversion and distribution of electric energy at the end of low-voltage power supply system. It is mainly composed of wires, components and boxes. The lighting Pole Top Box factory introduces the processing requirements of lighting Pole Top Box before installation.
1、 Lighting Pole Top Box (panel) processing:
The lighting Pole Top Box can adopt thick plastic plate, metal composite plate or steel plate. Take the steel plate as an example, measure with a ruler according to the size of the steel plate, draw the cutting line and cut. After cutting, file the edges and corners with a flat file.
2、 Disk assembly cabling:
1. Physical arrangement: put the panel flat, and then put all electrical appliances and instruments on it for physical arrangement. According to the design drawings, the specifications and quantity of electrical appliances and instruments, select good positions to meet the spacing requirements and ensure convenient operation and maintenance and beautiful appearance.
2. Processing: after the position of the lighting Pole Top Box is determined, align it with a ruler and draw a horizontal line of the average hole distance. Then remove the electrical appliances and instruments and drill holes (the hole diameter should be consistent with the insulating port). After drilling, rust shall be removed and antirust paint and grey paint shall be applied.
3. Fixing electrical appliances: after the paint is dry, install the insulating nozzle, straighten and align all electrical appliances and instruments, and fix them firmly with screws.
4. Panel wiring: according to the specification, capacity and position of electrical appliances and instruments in the lighting Pole Top Box, the section and length of the conductor shall be selected for the wiring of the power panel, and it shall be cut for assembly. After the board, the wires shall be arranged neatly and bound into bundles. When pressing the head, leave appropriate allowance for the wire, cut the wire core and press it one by one. However, multi strand wires need to be crimped with terminal blocks. For example, for vertical panels, the panel of the panel should be fixed first after opening, and then wired.
