Possible problems in the installation of the meter box or electrical ready board
① Model selection is not in accordance with the drawing requirements or is improper.
② The meter box or electrical ready board body is too thin, and the rigidity and hardness are poor, causing serious deformation between the housing and the door surface, and the closing gap is too large.
③ The models and specifications of electrical appliances installed in some boxes do not meet the design requirements.
④ There is no grounding and zero connection busbar, or the grounding and zero connection busbar specifications are too small to meet the use requirements.
⑤ Some meter box or electrical ready boardes are not provided with isolation and blocking protection, and some protective plates are not equipped with insulating or fire-resistant materials.
For the above problems, we can adopt:
① Order in strict accordance with the design drawings and relevant specifications. After receiving the goods, the appearance inspection shall be carried out in time to check whether the factory certificate is available, whether the nameplate is correct, whether the accessories are complete, whether the insulating parts are free of defects and cracks, and whether the coating is complete. Whether the model and specification of the electrical appliances in the box meet the design requirements.
② Whether the applied thickness of the meter box or electrical ready board is consistent with the requirements.
③ The grounding terminal board in the meter box or electrical ready board shall be connected with the box, and the working neutral terminal board shall be insulated from the box (except for the main distribution box). The terminal board shall be made of rectangular bus which is more than twice the maximum conductor section in the box (but the minimum section shall not be less than 60mm2, the thickness shall not be less than 3mm, and the terminal board shall be made of copper products.
