Neutral Block
The function of the neutral block is to connect the neutral line, so that the circuit forms a loop to ensure the normal operation of the electrical appliances. Generally speaking, the neutral block is straight, that is, it is arranged in a straight line shape. When the neutral block is installed, the lower part of the neutral block must be installed with insulators to ensure that the neutral block does not directly contact with the metal box.
The installation position of neutral block in the distribution box is generally on the left side of the distribution box. However, with some changes in the configuration of the distribution box, now in the home distribution box neutral block installation position, most appear in the upper or lower side of the distribution box. In general, neutral block can be selected according to our usage, but some special cases can not be changed arbitrarily.
If the neutral line of the main switch is also connected to the neutral line of the neutral bar, it can be said that the upper port connection of the neutral block is the neutral line of the lower port of the main switch. We can think of it as a branch of the neutral line of the lower port of the main switch, and all the neutral wires are in a parallel state after passing through the neutral block.
Since the neutral block is used to connect with the neutral line, it is mainly aimed at 1p circuit breaker. That is to say, the circuit breaker without the neutral line terminal, and the circuit of this circuit breaker provides the neutral line.
