Marking Of Terminal Block And Specific Conductors For Electrical Equipment
1、 Mark code
- Terminal marking refers to the marking of conductive parts used to connect devices and external conductors. It is mainly used for terminal marking of basic components (such as fuses, relays, transformers and rotating motors) and equipment composed of these devices (such as motor control equipment). It is also applicable to the identification of specific wire terminals (such as power supply grounding and enclosure grounding) that perform certain functions.
- The marking and identification methods of common electrical terminal blocks and specific wires in electrical circuit diagram are as follows.
1. There are special methods for marking the terminals of AC system
- Phase marking symbol is U;
- Phase marking symbol is V;
- Phase marker 1 is W;
Neutral line - the marking symbol is N.
2. Power supply of AC system the specific wire marking method of AC system power supply is as follows:
- Phase mark is "L1", and "A" is used in some drawings;
- Phase marking symbol is "L2", which is indicated by "B" on some drawings;
- Phase marking symbol is "L3", and "C" is used in some drawings;
Neutral wire - marked with "N"
3. Power supply of DC system the specific wire marking method of DC system power supply is as follows:
- The sign of positive pole is "L -”, which is indicated by" + "in some drawings;
- Negative pole - the mark symbol is "L -” and some drawings use "-";
- Middle line - marked with "M",
4. The common mark of the terminal and specific conductor of the electrical appliance which protects the grounding wire is usually represented by the "PE" mark symbol. The graphical symbols are shown in Fig. 5-la.
5. The common mark of the terminal and specific conductor of the electrical appliance with ground wire is usually represented by "E" mark symbol, and its graphic symbol is shown in Fig. 5-II.
6. Noise free grounding wire the common mark of the terminal block and the specific conductor of the electrical apparatus without noise grounding wire is usually represented by - JE "symbol, and its graphic symbol is shown in Fig. 5-Ic.
7. The common mark of the special f line of the connection terminal of the electrical appliance connected to the machine shell or frame is usually represented by "mm" mark symbol, and its graphic symbol is shown in Fig. 5-Id.
8. For equipotential and equipotential electrical appliances, the common mark of its terminal block and specific different line is usually represented by ". CC" marker, and its graphic symbol is shown in Fig. 5-le.
9. Ungrounded protective conductor, ungrounded protective conductor, the mark of specific conductor is indicated by symbol.. PULL.
10. The protective earth wire and neutral wire are used together. The protective grounding wire and neutral wire share the same line specific conductor mark, which is usually represented by the 'EN' symbol
