Maintenance of Regulator

    Regulator is a kind of equipment which provides stable output voltage according to the requirements of electrical equipment. There are mainly intelligent numerical control type, auto-coupling adjustment type, high-power compensation type, switch type and so on.

    Regulator maintenance should pay attention to four points:

    1. Pressurizer should be placed in ventilated, dry, direct sunlight-free, non-corrosive gas indoor use;

    2. The power of the regulator should be greater than the total power of the electrical equipment.

    3. Voltage regulator switch should not be used as the main switch of the equipment. It should be turned on first, and then connected to different electrical equipment from small to large according to the power output. When the power is turned off, the switch of the voltage regulator should be turned off from large to small, and then the switch of the voltage regulator should be turned off.

    4. The switch of the regulator should not be opened frequently. The time interval of each opening should be more than 10 seconds. Otherwise, the regulator may be misprotected or even damaged.
