Installation Instructions Of Wiring Terminal In Instrument Box

The use of terminal blocks is increasing year by year, and there are more and more types of terminal blocks in instrument panel, cabinet and junction desk. In order to ensure the safety of electricity use, the terminal strip should be widely used and the installation specification should be paid more attention to. Chuangqi electric arranges the following installation specifications for you:

1、 The terminal board shall be installed firmly. When the terminal board is at the bottom of instrument panel, cabinet and box, the height from the base surface should not be less than 250mm. When the terminal board is on the top or side, the distance from the edge of the panel, cabinet and box should not be less than 100 mm. When multiple groups of terminal boards are installed side by side, the clear distance between them should not be less than 200 mm.

2、 Lines at both ends of wiring terminals of instrument panel, cabinet and box shall be marked according to design drawings. The label should be correct, clear and not easy to fade.

3、 There should be no joint in the line of instrument panel, cabinet and box, and the insulation protection layer should not be damaged.

4、 The lines in the instrument panel, cabinet and box should be laid in the trunking, and can also be laid in the small wiring box. When the open wire is laid, the cable and wire bundle shall be firmly tied with the ties made of insulating materials, and the spacing between the ties should be 100-200 mm.

5、 The rubber insulated core wire and shielding wire stripped of outer sheath shall be provided with insulating sheath.

6、 The cables and wires entering the instrument panel, cabinet and box from outside shall be wired after the conduction inspection and insulation resistance inspection are qualified.

7、 The spare core wire shall be connected to the spare terminal or reserved according to the maximum length that may be used, and the spare wire number shall be marked according to the requirements of design documents.

8、 When the conductor is connected with the terminal board, instrument, electrical equipment, etc., the redundancy shall be reserved.

9、 The wiring of instruments shall meet the following requirements:

The wire should be calibrated before wiring, and the line end should be labeled; the core should not be damaged when stripping the insulation layer; the connection between the cable and the terminal should be uniform and firm with good conductivity; the terminal of multi stranded wire core should be connected with the terminal block by crimping.
