Material: Copper wire is preferred due to its good conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Specification: Select the cross-sectional area based on the current size. Generally, household equipment should have a cross-sectional area of 2.5mm ² or more, while industrial equipment should be selected according to design requirements.

3. Installation steps

Clean the contact surface: Use sandpaper to polish the contact surface of the equipment casing or terminal board to remove the oxide layer.

Connecting wires: Insert the grounding wire into the terminal hole and tighten it with screws to avoid virtual connection.

Check firmness: Gently pull the wire to confirm that the connection is secure and not loose.

4. Testing and maintenance

Resistance test: After installation, use a grounding resistance tester to test. The grounding resistance should be less than 4 Ω (for household use) or according to the design value (for industrial use).

Regular inspection: Check the tightness of the terminals every six months, and promptly deal with any looseness or corrosion found.
