The inspection of the installation of lighting electrical ready boards is an important step in ensuring their safe and reliable operation. The following are the main steps and requirements for inspecting the installation of lighting electrical ready boards:

Appearance and position inspection:

The lighting electrical ready board should be installed firmly, in the correct position, with complete components and no obvious deformation or damage.

The opening of the box should be compatible with the diameter of the conduit, with one pipe and one hole. Electric or gas welding should not be used to cut holes.

The cover of the concealed electrical ready board should be tightly attached to the wall, and the coating should be complete.

Electrical connection inspection:

The wiring inside the box should be neat, without twisting, the wires should be tightly connected, without damaging the core, and there should be no twisting.

The number of wire connections on the same electrical device terminal block should not exceed 2, and the anti loosening gasket and other parts should be complete.

The wire holes for entering and exiting the box should be smooth and free of burrs, and have insulation protective covers.

Grounding protection inspection:

The lighting electrical ready board should be equipped with a protective grounding wire and connected tightly and firmly.

The cross-section of the protective grounding wire should be selected appropriately, and the anti-corrosion coating should be evenly applied without any omissions.

Identification and numbering inspection:

The numbering of the phase wire, neutral wire (N), and protective grounding wire (PE) inside the box should be complete and correct.

The circuit number should be complete, and the identification should be correct and clear.

Installation size and deviation inspection:

The installation height and verticality of the lighting electrical ready board should meet the design requirements, and the allowable deviation should be within the specified range.

When the height of the box is below 50mm, a deviation of 1.5mm is allowed; When the height of the box exceeds 50mm, a deviation of 3mm is allowed.

In summary, the inspection of the installation of lighting electrical ready boards should be comprehensive and meticulous to ensure that all requirements are met. Through strict inspection procedures, the safety and reliability of lighting electrical ready boards can be effectively improved.
