1. The electricity meter boxes for Class I, II and III settlement shall be equipped with special voltage and current transformers or special secondary windings for metering according to the metering points; The special voltage and current transformers or special secondary windings and their secondary circuits for electric energy measurement shall not be connected to equipment unrelated to electric energy measurement;

2. The secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in the settlement energy metering device above 35kV shall not be equipped with the auxiliary contact of the disconnector, but the fuse can be installed. The secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in the settlement energy metering device below 35kV shall not be equipped with the auxiliary contact and fuse of the disconnector;

3. The electricity meter box installed at the user's place for settlement, and the user with 35kV and below voltage power supply shall be equipped with a national unified standard electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box, and the user with kVA20 voltage power supply shall be equipped with a national unified standard electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box;
