Fault Analysis of Voltage Regulator
Start-up without output, voltage indication, or start-up
1. Overvoltage or undervoltage protection (adjustable internal output voltage potentiometer)
2. Phase-staggered and phase-absent protection (three-phase arbitrary commutation of two-phase)
3. The main control circuit board has been damaged (replaced)
4. Output AC has been damaged (replaced)
Abnormal output voltage
1. Co-regulator (replacement of dividing regulator)
2. Over the regulator's own regulated range (replacing the wide range regulator)
3. Travel limit switch has been damaged (replaced)
4. Phase circuit board has been damaged (replaced)
5. Servo Motor Burning (Replacement)
Unstable voltage
1. Over the regulator's own regulated range (replacing the wide range regulator)
2. Travel limit switch is broken (replaced)
3. The circuit board has been damaged (replaced)
4. Servo Motor Burning (Replacement)
Unjustified tripping in work
1. Selection of total gate capacity is small (replacement of suitable capacity air switch)
2. Air switch is broken (replaced)
3. Instantaneous high surge voltage (replacement of contactless high precision regulator)
The buzz inside the regulator is very loud.
1. Overload with load (reduce back-to-back equipment)
2. There are debris inside (remove debris)
The internal squeak of the regulator is very loud.
1. Voltage instability (normal)
2. There is dirt on the surface of the carbon brush (after removing dirt and power failure)
Voltage regulator can not operate automatically
1. Fully automatic button switch is not turned on (on)
2. Circuit Board Failure (Replacement)
Pressure up and down by panel without pressure up or down
(Non-power regulators do not have this function)
1. Servo Motor Burn (Replacement)
2. Travel limit switch is broken (replaced)
3. Circuit Board Burning (Replacement)
4. Manual and automatic knobs not open to manual (open to manual)
