    How to choose the most suitable environment for installing MCCB? This is the biggest problem most customers face after purchasing molded case circuit breakers. Once the environment is selected incorrectly, it will have a great impact on the performance of the equipment in the future use. So here, we will share the selection method of installation environment for these customers who are difficult to choose the environment.

    1. Air temperature

    The upper limit of the ambient temperature for the installation of molded case circuit breakers is 40 degrees to ~ - 5 degrees, so the selected environment can not exceed this value, but it can not be too close to the limit temperature. Therefore, it is recommended that each customer choose to keep the installation ambient temperature below 35 degrees in a day, which is the most suitable environment for this product and can keep the equipment in the best condition at all times.

    2. Altitude

    Installation of molded case circuit breaker: the altitude selected for this product must be less than 2000m. If the altitude is more than 2000m, it will affect the parts inside the equipment due to the thin air, especially some plastic parts may lose their original function and never protect the personal safety of operators.

    3. Air humidity

    Humidity is to be changed according to the temperature of the installation environment. For example, in the 40 degree environment, the humidity in the current environment needs to be kept below 50%, but in the best environment temperature, the humidity can be kept below 90%.
