The technical requirements for the production of site distribution box are as follows
1. The panel and box made of the distribution box on the construction site shall have enough mechanical strength to ensure that there is no torsion during operation after the parts are installed, and the panel and box shall not be deformed during horizontal handling.
2. The surface flatness of the distribution box on the construction site shall be within 1 m, and the concave convex shall not exceed 1 mm. There shall be no wrinkles, cracks, burrs, welding marks on the surface of the box.
- The box body is made of excellent electrolytic steel plate and welded. There are no defects such as ash, air hole and burr on the welding. According to the national standard, the thickness of the box is 1.2mm. The box and mask are coated with electrostatic coating technology, and the surface is free of cracks. The color is hunchback. There is a name plate on the surface of the box. The box must be sealed, and the overall protection level of the box is above IP41.
