Difference between Electronic Moulded Case Circuit Breaker and Ordinary Moulded Case Circuit Breaker

Moulded case circuit breaker MCCB can only be classified as electromagnetic type and electronic type. Electromagnetic means that the overload protection module is composed of thermomagnetic components, that is, bimetal sheet + magnetic coil; while electronic means that the overload protection module is composed of CT / PT + electronic components.

Both protection modules can provide long delay, short delay and instantaneous protection, but the accuracy of action current and time is different. Of course, the price is far from the same. The budget is multi-electronic, otherwise, electromagnetic.
