Daily precautions for voltage regulators
1. Avoid violent vibration, prevent corrosive gases and liquids from entering, prevent them from being exposed and placed in ventilated and dry places, and do not cover the fabric to hinder ventilation and heat dissipation.
2. Please use three-socket (grounded) socket. The grounding screw on the machine should be grounded properly. Otherwise, there will be charged phenomenon in the case of the electrometer. This is caused by distributed capacitance induction. It is a normal phenomenon and can be eliminated by grounding wire. If the case is seriously leakage, the insulation resistance measured is less than 2M. It may be that the insulation layer has been damped or the line and the case are short-circuited. The reason should be found out and the fault should be removed before use.
3.0.5-1.5KVA small power regulator uses fuse for over-current and short-circuit protection, and 2-40KVA regulator uses DZ47 circuit breaker for over-current and short-circuit protection. If fuse often fuses or circuit breaker often trips, it should check whether the power consumption is too large.
4. When the output voltage exceeds the protection value (the protection value of the phase voltage is adjusted to 250V+5V at the time of leaving the factory), the regulated power supply will automatically protect and cut off the output voltage of the regulated power supply. At the same time, the overvoltage indicator light will be on. The user should immediately shut down the power grid to check the voltage or the regulated voltage. If the regulator has automatic power-off (with or without input and output), the market should be checked. Is the voltage higher than 28OV? If it is below 280V, the voltage regulator should be checked for failure. Use it after finding out the cause.
5. If the output voltage of the regulator deviates from 220V, please adjust the potentiometer on the control board to the normal output voltage (the input voltage can not reach the regulated range can not be adjusted).
6. When the local voltage is often in the lower limit (< 150V) or the upper limit (>260V) of the voltage regulator input voltage, the limit micro-switch is often touched, which is prone to control failure. At this time, the voltage regulator can not be regulated or can only be raised (or can only be lowered), should first check whether the micro switch is damaged.
7. Keep the machine clean. Dust will hinder the rotation of gears and affect the accuracy of output voltage. Please clean and maintain coil contact surface in time. When the carbon brush wears seriously, the pressure should be adjusted to avoid the fire of the contact surface between the carbon brush and the coil. When the length of carbon brush is less than 2 mm, it should be replaced. When the coil plane fire jump is blackened, fine sandpaper is used to polish it.
8.The input terminal of three-phase voltage regulator must be connected with the lower zero line (middle line), otherwise the voltage regulator can not work normally, and will damage the voltage regulator and electrical equipment. Do not use the zero wire instead of the zero wire (but the zero wire can be connected in parallel), and the zero wire can not be connected to the fuse.
9. When the output voltage of the regulator is lower than the rated voltage (220V or 380V), check whether the input voltage is too low. When no load reaches the rated voltage and the output voltage is lower than the rated voltage when the load is loaded, this is because the input line load surface is too small, or the load end exceeds the rated capacity range of the regulator, the line voltage drop is too large when the load is loaded, and the input voltage is lower than the lower limit of the regulator regulation range. At this time, the thicker input wire or the product capacity should be replaced. Big.
10. When the power of a single load is large (e.g. air conditioning), and the input line is long and the load surface is insufficient, the voltage of the load is seriously reduced, and it may be difficult to start using the load; when the load is working, it may temporarily stop, and the output instantaneous overvoltage and power-off will easily occur. If such a phenomenon occurs, it is not a voltage regulator fault, it should be corrected. Be good at inputting lines (widening lines, shortening the length of inputting lines as far as possible to reduce voltage drop in lines).
11. When the output voltage of the regulator deviates from 220V seriously, it should be checked whether the input voltage is within the range of regulated voltage; whether the gear of the motor is worn seriously and the rotation is flexible; whether the limit switch is damaged; whether the coil plane is smooth; whether the control board is damaged or not.
