Due to its excellent anti leakage and leakage current breakdown capability, it reaches CTI 600 according to iec112 standard, thus reducing the creeping distance between air and leakage current. It has been used as the basic material of terminal blocks. Nylon 6.6 is elastic, rigid and resistant to most chemical agents and is classified as extinguished V-O or (V-2) according to UL94. The modified nylon 6.6 used in the terminal block does not contain halogen, fluorocarbon, chlorine, carbohydrate, silicone, asbestos, cadmium and formaldehyde. Therefore, all the insulation materials used in the terminal block do not contain toxic components.

Spring holding material

All clamping springs used in terminal blocks are made of high quality, carefully selected and reliable nickel chromium spring steel CrNi. It has high tensile strength and high corrosion resistance proved by many years of practical experience. It can resist sea salt fog, urban exhaust gas and industrial gases sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. At the normal temperature of 22 ℃, it can resist 30% brine solution and 30% dilute phosphoric acid.
